Allama Iqbal was a philosopher, poet, and visionary whose Urdu and Persian poetry inspired spiritual awakening and self-realisation. Often called the “Poet of the East,” he emphasised selfhood (khudi) and the revival of the Muslim world through faith, knowledge, and action.
