At Kalaagraha, we are committed to delivering handcrafted treasures and designer apparel safely and on time. Since our products are made by artisans and small creators, each order is handled with care to ensure you receive something truly unique.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Handcrafted or made-to-order items may require 5–7 business days for preparation before shipping.

  • We will notify you by email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted logistics providers (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, FedEx) to ensure reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Domestic Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders (India):

    • Free standard shipping on orders above ₹1,499

    • Flat rate of ₹99 for orders below the threshold

  • International Orders: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.


4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Domestic Orders: Prices are inclusive of GST.

  • International Orders: Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility. Kalaagraha cannot predict these charges.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or regions restricted by our courier partners.

  • Certain fragile or oversized items may not be eligible for international shipping. This will be indicated on the product page.


7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at Info@kalaagraha.com with your order number.

  • In case of damage during transit, kindly share unboxing photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

  • Kalaagraha is not liable for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return shipping policies vary by product category. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

  • Unless otherwise specified, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
